Our History
Where we came from...
Hope Community Church was born out of a vision to reach people in the Fogelsville, New Tripoli, and Schnecksville triangle. The planning and preparation for the church began in a hotel conference room under the leadership of our founding pastor, Bob Daneker.
As the vision took shape, the church began meeting at the local Penn State campus before eventually establishing a permanent home on our current property through Gods provision. The church continued to grow under the dedicated leadership of our former pastor, Ken Kalisz. Looking back, we praise God because through the years, He has faithfully provided, guided, and sustained HCC.

Where we are headed...
Today, the leadership of Hope Community Church is carried forward by our Elder and Deacon Teams, who continue to guide and serve faithfully. As a church, we are growing in faith, reaching our community, and walking together in obedience to Christ. Through Gods continued provision, we remain committed to building His kingdom and seeing lives transformed by the power of the gospel.
With this foundation, we have embraced a renewed vision for our church: "At Hope Community Church, we are a biblically rooted church with a vision of being a thriving community that shares the gospel, cultivates discipleship, and strives together to fulfill our mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ."
